I've sharpened a lot of knives that were serrated when I started. Just takes a little longer with the coarse stone on the Edge Pro.

Actually, depends on the blade steel. I'd hate to think what it would take to reprofile the serrations off of say, an S30V blade.

I was looking at a picture of a small Sebenza with the comboedge the other day and it looks like they would be much easier to sharpen due to CRK's configuration.
