what do you guys suggest to clean an infidel? i called benchmade and they swore a drop of blue lube in the cleaning port on the bottom is ok....

any thoughts?

Hmm,good one some say oil it all over and some say to much oil will collect lint and dust and stop the action,i oil mine when i edc it + i blow it out with air...

I use rem oil on mine since the blue lube is a bit too thick.

You can't over lube with rem oil. I just spray it for a few seconds and let it drain upside down, then fire a few times. Good as new.

Where do you get Rem oil and would it work on pivots as well?

Rem oil works on everything, but i use blue lube on pivots.

You can get it at wal-mart or dicks sporting goods.

Hey BM how often do you think its necessary to oil an infidel? And do you just put a little in the cleaning port at the bottom of the handle?

What about 3 in 1 oil? I heard it has kerosene in it and could possibly damage the steel?
