I just saw on the HQ site that they have the 8600SBK in stock and also list a BK plain black blade version that will be available. I should be getting that phone call any day now, oops, I mean my sexy UPS girl should be stopping by Big Grin

Decisions, Decisions...........

I am really torn on getting one now or waiting a while longer to get a plain edge.

I didn't think that BM was going to make a plain edge version. They really threw a curve with this one. Now I have to decide plain or combo.

I came here to talk about the Bedlam, but I am somehow interested in UPS drivers all of a sudden. Man, those shorts would be small on my mini daschund.

So anybody get one yet? Knife I mean, the Bedlam.

I ordered an 8600 BK (plain edge) from Roger this morning and it has already been shipped. Great customer service that guy has. Smiler

I am really curious as to what the plain edge Bedlam will look like. With the very curved blade that the 8600 has, I think the plain edge will look great as the serrations on the combo blade take up all of the flat part of the blade. Biggest reason why I decided to go with the plain edge.

It is interesting the BM website only shows the 8600 being offered as an SBK. All of a sudden these 8600 BK show up....who woulda thunk it??
