If they made a production Barage with G-10 and non-assisted I would be all over one of those.

In my opinion the 790 is the best AO.

Any particular reason you don't like them?

I know some people find them hard to open. The key is to push the stud at the right angle. Go across the knife at about 45 degrees and it pops right open. Go wrong and it's like the thing is welded shut.

Then again, you may just not like it whacking open.

Johnno, the 670's the easiest knife made to go from AO to manual.

Use the little hex wrench it came with (hopefully you have it...), back off that little set screw and remove the torsion bar and you'll have a different knife.

I like the 670 as a plain locking liner.

Nitrous assist is the best out there. I carry my HK Blitz almost every day, I have for about 2.5 years and it's still going strong. Fastest knife I've ever owned, including Protech and Microtech Auto's.

Yeah I also love my Nitrous Stryker, I have been carrying it for about two years or more. It has received a lot of pocket time for sure. It has always felt awesome in my hands, one of the best. It continues to open well without really having to adjust the pivot at all.
