Not sure they make a left handed push button auto, but the Auto Axis is ambidextrious Smiler 9555 8600 5000 are the ones that come to mind...might be more.

I'm with tim, I have not seen a left handed push button auto, but the auto axis would work great and the Infidels would deploy easily with the index finger as well.

I was letting him check out my infidel and he was really
liking that one. I don't own any of these auto-axis knives

I have a 581BK Barrage and a 943 that both work well for this lefty. Simply move the clip from the wrong side to the correct side and they are true left handed knives. All you need is a #6 Torx screwdriver. I recommend the Wiha set of T4/T5/T6/T7/T8/T9/T10. Wiha tools are almost as well made as Benchmade knives. I have a Husky Torx set that is inferior; the bits do not fit nearly as well as the Wiha.

Since the Infidel is an OTF opener, it really doesn't matter if your right or left handed. It opens with the thumb using either hand.

Adamas auto is on the way. Will be a great lefty knife. We have asked many times for a lefty AFOII. Nothing yet.

I just got the 2750 & its made to open right or left handed. The axis locking is also the opening.button. its a great knife. Hope that helps. Im a lefty myself. Plus you can put the clip so its lefty or rightie.
