Hello, this is my first post on this forum.
I'm also new in the world of Benchmade.
I'm from Belgium and I'm sorry that my English is not very good but I do my best.

Now the question:
What is the difference between a 9051SBK and a 9051SBT ?

Welcome to the forum!
I don't believe there was 9051SBT made. 9051 was introduced last year, replacing 9050.
BT in model name indicates BT2 was used to coat the blade, BK is a newer type of coating Benchmade has been using for the last few years.
Hope this helps.
