The same way you adjusted your 42 before applying locktite. Once it fast enough and there's a minimal amount of blade play - STOP adjusting.

I have found it to work by barely turning it backwards, just a little bit at a time till you find the sweet spot

Dont mean to be rude or anything; how doesnt know how to turn a screw to adjust a pivot??? Do you send your car in every morning to have it started?
Allo, if you do send anything in to any manufacturer, being humble and polite goes a lot further then ''a piece of my mind'' ever does.

YMMV

On pivot adjustments, sometimes it's just a little bit at a time and once you have a feeling for it back it off, do the Loc-Tite thing and go back again and readjust.

i don't mean to be rude either....but have you heard of a joke? we are all here to learn to if you're going to jump on here and start trolling/insulting people who have become friends and who learn from each other then by all means hit the ignore button for my screen name......i think its kind of obvious i'm not going to yell at benchmade especially when i have come to know diana, jen and jason from my calls to the company....

thanks for the tip everyone......i just got back from a gun store that loosened that pivot screw ever so slightly and now the stryker fires really hard.....

i bought the kit (RX you were right about T10) but i was told it didn't need to be loctited so i think i will leave well enough alone Smiler

Teflon tape is better anyhow, no time for drying, not hard to re-adjust.
