Has anyone handled the 8600 Bedlam yet? At first I did not like the looks of the blade. But its starting to grow on me now. I know it's a heavy blade, but I was wondering how the deployment was and the fit-n-finish? Thanks.

I haven't handled it, but there is no doubt that I want one.....bad. I was told that it will be available to order in Feb,I am patiently waiting..................

BM did a very good job with their new product line for 2010. Between the 8600 and the new 172 Hawk I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas.

been there done that, the bedlam is a great auto, albeit a big one. Great action on the prototype I handled. Blade is a little on the thin side for the length but I thought it fits the persian type slicing style. Still a great blade though dont get me wrong, I will be buying one. Kinda gonna hold out for one in plain edge, hopefully they will make on in PE, as of right now they are only making partially serrated but that should change down the line.

Patiently waiting..................

I will feel better when I can at least place a pre-order. I was told sometime in Feb. It is now around mid month so shouldn't be more than a week or two.
