I never noticed the longer fullers. Is that something that will be on the 2750? The four 275's I've gotten all have the shorter fuller's. This includes 2 tan w/combo blade and 2 LE all black model's.

So if the 275 is going for ~$130, then any guesses on how much the 2750 will run?

Have a look at the 9555 Auto-Rift pricing. The Rift and the Adamas folder seem to be on par with each other. That would be my best guess.

Hi Carson

In your opinion, even if someone felt the need for a spring release, legalities aside, why would they opt for the auto version over an assisted version, since the auto version gives up the ease of one hand closing and the thumb stud backup in case of spring failure? And for that matter, I don't know why someone would opt for the assisted version over the manual, since gives up the option of stealthy deployment.

So from what I understand, civilians can NOT get a 2750 Auto/ or any Auto from BM.... Is this right? If not, then what are the terms per-say?

I know alot of dealers in states where you have to be active military or LE to legally carry them, will let you sign a waiver saying the auto knife is a curio piece/for collection only. Doesnt mean you wont catch heat if you are caught waliking around w/ one.

Most knife dealers @ gun shows have a healthy selection of autos (CCC's for the most part) and 9 out of 10 will sell you any knife you want without even asking you about your military/LEO affiliations.
It's a little funny/strange, too. Every gun show will have a few LEO's on security detail and even more shopping/lurking. Nobody cares what you buy, or what sells. I bought a pair of traditional brass knuckles (traditional meaning made out of brass and not disguied as a paper weight or belt buckle) while a Sheriff was looking at something else on the same table. Seller had about 10 or 12 different shapes to choose from, on the table, front row. And if autos in TX are legal to own as long as it's a collectible/curio, brass knuckles are illegal in, pretty much, any state I can think of.

I wouldn't imagine a similar situation in NY, CA, or Chicago, but I'm 99% sure that it would be a common occurrence in many otther "normal" states.

As far as the legalities of carrying/possessing autos. In Oregon and some other states, it is legal to own them but not carry them CONCEALED. And here that covers many weapons including but not limited to; autos, spring assisted, dirks, daggers, brass knuckles and bali-songs (knife opened by centrifugal force). The whole "concealed" restriction is confusing to most because stores sell them like crazy and tell people they are totally legal. Anyway, just FYI.
