Its only illegal if the find it Anycase I responded to you post in open topic but I did want to add in some more advice b/c I have a cousin who goes to school in London and I did ship a couple knives to him successfully. If I am correct, its illegal to own any knife that locks up. I think you are supposed to have something like a "Slip Joint lock" like the Spyderco UK Pen knife (i don't recommend that knife at all). A Slip Joint lock is basically a knife that barely locks up and with a slight push it can close, extremely unsafe and a big waste of time in my opinion. I do not recommend buying a knife from a company that may mark the package as "so and so knife company, knife*****, or anything like that b/c it will have a greater chance of being opened by customs. Like I suggested in the open forum (I didn't see this post until after) I would buy from another forum member or any kind of private sale only because you will get a good deal and the package can be a little more "below the radar" and not marked with anything that says knife. I hope I didn't offend anyone by posting my advice and I do respect the forum but I just don't think its fair to outlaw tools just because they are designed to be safer and easier for the user. Any question just PM me. Boomerangs 'n Butterflies: An Osborne Alliance | Member #3 | |||
