Those feature AXIS assist.

It's one or the other, never together. At least not yet (and I don't see a reason for making one of those)

The nitrous is tortion bars the "axis assist" is coil springs I think.Have a torrent, love the way it fires.....WHAM! super slick every time.on the coils,my 585 seemed gritty,i know just needs to be broken in,reminds me of the dry clutch on old Ducati, and my 6150 seems a little slow.plus I think the tortion bars seem a littlle smoother and would be less suceptible to fail.Have complete confidence in both these systems however.

The 470 is coil springs and the Subrosa is frame lock.Would like to see that Lum Ti tanto w/ nitrous.Frame lock but what a tank.might deploy that in the field, for now its manual/axis all the way, in the field anyhow.

hey patrick, welcome to the forum. I had a post quite a while back suggesting the combination of the axis and nitrous system and calling it the, "Nitroaxis"
I believe it is a plausible design. Not many jumped on the band wagon tho.
and as you said, I believe as well...it would be more resistant to failure.. do to a more open operating system it would be easier to keep clean.

Yes.Excactly...We are on the same page w/ this.I wonder why they dont offer one,Engineering complications in joining the two systems, holding off for marketing agendas?? Seems like a logical progresson. Thanks for the support.
