Got the same 3300 back.. used compressed air to free dust, then Rem oil to lube (spray can with straw nozzle), finally drip dried. Finished it of by using compressed air to blow the excess lube out. Works better than ever. Found the cleaning info in the forums here of course.

Just leaving this post here for those who might find it helpful.

some one else mentioned putting your OTF in a condom and tying it off in order to keep the crap out but with a thin membrane for the blade to fire through.

When the blade is extended , its a little wobblely , is this normal with all 3300 ??

I have never taken mine apart. I never want to have to do that either. As for the blade play. Mine is rock solid both extended and not.
I have handle a 100 or more infidels, with all of them having horrible blade play.........

The Infidel will not fire through paper, I doubt it will fire through Latex...

Funny stuff. I'm good with just keeping it clean. And using it in acceptable conditions.
