I filed a claim with paypal on this weeks ago. They just let me know they are refunding my money. The fraudster never responded to any emails from me or ebay. So what I bought never became an issue. A smarter fraudster could have made it much more difficult. I think I was lucky. Hopefully, we all learned something from this. Thanks for your inputs !

It didn't work for me,I was to late,just because I still believer in some decency,
but I believe(or believe is wrong word,I know)about karma or cause and effect,
actually my funds (in cases like this one)goes for medicine.
