Can the titanium liners be easily removed? I hate the blue titanium and if I buy one of these, I want to have the liners anodized another color. Thank you. 950BK-1, 950-801 #155, 950BK-1001 #41, 806BK-901 #245, 140HS, & 1101-2

Yeah, when I took the screws out to swap the clip, everything separated. You should have no problem. ************************************************************************ Charter Member #9 and Skullmaster °„° Lum Lunatics Brotherhood of the 420 Boomerangs 'n Butterflies: An Osborne Alliance | General, and Member #950 Pardue Pimps® #3 Jack of all Trades, and Good Enough to get Paid for All of Them. ************************************************************************ "No time for the old 'in-out,' luv - I've just come to read the meter!" -Alexander DeLarge (Prisoner Number Six Double Five Three Two One)

That's good news. I think the liners would look better anodized grey. 950BK-1, 950-801 #155, 950BK-1001 #41, 806BK-901 #245, 140HS, & 1101-2

My vote goes for red. But that's always my preference with black ************************************************************************ Charter Member #9 and Skullmaster °„° Lum Lunatics Brotherhood of the 420 Boomerangs 'n Butterflies: An Osborne Alliance | General, and Member #950 Pardue Pimps® #3 Jack of all Trades, and Good Enough to get Paid for All of Them. ************************************************************************ "No time for the old 'in-out,' luv - I've just come to read the meter!" -Alexander DeLarge (Prisoner Number Six Double Five Three Two One)

You can't anodize ti grey. You can get close to grey, but it would easier to bead blast it. Here's ti color chart. ____________________________ Knock, knock. "Who's there?" "Me!" "Me? No way it's me. I'm right here!" My Benchmades (updated) Benchmades That Used To Be Mine...

I guess I learn something new everyday. I would probably prefer the natural color of titanium even more. 950BK-1, 950-801 #155, 950BK-1001 #41, 806BK-901 #245, 140HS, & 1101-2

Well, that kinda sux! I was already setting my cap for some bright red 51 liners. Steve, I remember using anodized titanium in my piercing days, and the entire spectrum seemed to be available. Was that a different process, or what am I missing here? ************************************************************************ Charter Member #9 and Skullmaster °„° Lum Lunatics Brotherhood of the 420 Boomerangs 'n Butterflies: An Osborne Alliance | General, and Member #950 Pardue Pimps® #3 Jack of all Trades, and Good Enough to get Paid for All of Them. ************************************************************************ "No time for the old 'in-out,' luv - I've just come to read the meter!" -Alexander DeLarge (Prisoner Number Six Double Five Three Two One)

There's more on ti anodizing here http://mrtitanium.com/interference.html I haven't tried it myself, but from what I read at various sources red is not on the chart, you can probably get a shade of red, but not true red. Here's another color/voltage reference sheet. This one is more complete. ____________________________ Knock, knock. "Who's there?" "Me!" "Me? No way it's me. I'm right here!" The page at the first link has another link to the guys' jewelry page. Those are pretty much the colors I was talking about and, while there isn't a true red, there is a magenta that is likely what I remember. And I don't remember a solid-colored piece in magenta/pink, rather, they were like the "rainbow" colored pieces he shows there. Apparently, the process to produce the magenta and purple colors requires some sort of etching along with the anodizing process. Red liners would be awesome, but magenta/pink isn't really my cup o' tea. Thanks again, Rx...as usual, you've been a big help. And your Google Fu is STRONG!!
