There is one for sale on the Flipping Arena and Jerzee Devil. He wants $575 for it.

just buy a 51. it is a really fine flipper and they are available for a reasonable price.

if this is not for collecting and before you decide if you really want to flip all the time, you probably do not want to go after a 43.

The 51 is a fine flipper, but the 43 is on a whole another level. It has better balance and feel when flipping.

To the OP, like what CDR_Glock said, there is a 43 for sale in the other forums, but it'll cost you close to 6 bills after fees...

For $600, you can get a great knife from Pinoy Knife (Matt Cook). Look up Matt Cook Pinoy Knife FHM - it's a titanium sandwich style balisong with a tool hardware steel mirror polished Bowie blade, and Arizona Desert Ironwood inserts. He makes great custom balisongs for that kind of money.

for now stick with this...unless you get a 51...if your new at this you may find it something you cant do....i am no expert i can flip some but no where near some of them other guys....simply cause my hands wont do it lol. If you do decide to seriously start flipping be prepaired to pay some cash for what your looking for.

I have or have had the following with bearings:

BM 53
Balibalistic IKBS
Warren Thomas/Brian Fellhoelter IKBS
Terry Guinn IKBS driven Green Goblin
Darrel Ralph DDR Gen VII
Darrel Ralph DDR Gen VIII

Bearings are not as good as a finely tuned bushing driven balisong with PB washers. They're too fast. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten cut with my DDR and Balibalistic with bearings. Simple stuff like the Helix and Around the World gets me cut with bearings. It is not the case with bushings. Even Chaplins or Twirls are harder with bearings. They are a lot of hype that is not worth the high cost premium, really.
