No way of knowing. Some balis are years out of production and their prices are what they were 5-7 years ago. Keep in mind there are literally tons of NIB 42s out there and for many people balis are a novelty collectible, not a working knife.

I'm going to speculate, and say as soon as Kick A$$ comes out and is a smash hit - then would be the time to sell. After that movie's hype dies down, no telling how long (if ever) before this specific model would ever get that type of publicity again.

You may be right, but I see a spike in cheap chinese balis sales, since kids with not enough money to spend on a knife are the target audience for this movie. Also, those looking to buy the 42 (and I'm not talking about knife people here) will be looking for one in stores. Since the model is discontinued they won't find it there and very few will start looking for one on forums Wink

Wouldn't let a child use that kind of language, either. Man, Madonna really started a chain of sleazy little girls, through Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and now, this foul-mouthed brat.

In truth, I don't suppose I thought about it much when I was that age, but now I'm older, I find it disgusting to hear a little girl speak that way to her father.

If this movie turns out as popular as I think it will, little girls all over the world will be using the catchphrase "Okay, you c*nts, let's see what you can do."

Is it just me, or is anyone else offended by it?
