Has anyone received their new 42 from this recent/limited batch?

I got mine, and it seems more "rough" than any of the others I have had over the years. Very raw and pronounced brushed metal appearance, bright silver, very different from the older models. It is definitely more grippy, different, but not necessarily bad.

I have had many 42s since the beginning, with the round hole 12C27 T-latch, to the 440C Spring latch and increased countersink holes, and the current 154CM from a few years ago, etc.

Anyone else get the same impression, or did I get a bad one?

Mine seems a bit less polished as my older model.
Aside from that, its the same to me.
