Hey there everyone, just thought Id share a new blade i just acquired.... This seems to be a one-off of a 43DM, with a completely different pattern of damasteel. This has 5 twist damasteel, as where the regular 43DM use te 30 twist pattern. This knife was also marked as 440c and is numbered 48/100, and has a designation as a second... It was fitted to regular titanium handles as well. Let me know your thoughts on this truely unique Benchmade. first thing I picked up on was it was damascus and not 440c. what does the other 43 DM look like. il try and a google.. what's the name of that pattern DM. looks like tree rings that patten would look great on a 47. I like almost all the DM patterns tho. the more random patterned ones the most tho. sort thinking out loud again... NICE catch by the way.
