This is correct ...... but my problem is , its not easy to open.

I live in CA. I was told by BM, if I buy an auto or bali, they could not ship directly to me--it would have to go through a dealer. I called about sending a bali to LifeSharp a couple months ago, I was told they couldn't ship the bali (or an auto back to me, it would have to be shipped to a dealer. The guy I talked to even said he hasn't worked there very long.

I need a zen pin to repair one of my 41's and called last week to see if they would just send me the part and the girl I talked to said no, we can't ship that part, you'll have to send it to LifeSharp. I explained my CA location and the shipping problem and she said they changed their policy on that long ago. She said "You own the knife. We can ship it back to you. If you BUY a bali or auto, we have to send it to a dealer. If you send it in for repair, we can ship it back to you".

Thats good news ...... I should call them myself.
