Looks like a model 42S to me. For value, others know a lot more than myself.

I have a first production plain edged 42A. Of the old school 42's, its one of the most desirable. I think I paid around 475$ for it. That said you're going to take a hit on the combo edge and that its non anodized. First production doesn't usually get you much, maybe a 30$ premium. 380$ is going to be top dollar for that piece, tho you may only be able to get around 350.
