Hi,
I'm new to this forum. One of the zen pin screws on my BM51 flew off. I don't want to use it with three out of the four screws. Does anyone know how or where I can get a replacement for this? I tried emailing Benchmade twice, with no response, so I figure it's something that I need to take care of myself. I would try to order something from knife kits.com but I have no idea what to order; any ideas would help. Thank you.

Of myself I am nothing, that's why I have a Benchmade 51, 42, and 32.

if it flew off without you taking it apart, they should even cover the shipping. But really do call them they always answer those.

Definitely call, they'll take care of you for sure. One more thing - if they want you to send it in, ask them to loctite the screws. If they simply send you the pieces, use a drop of the blue loctite on every screw on the knife, especially the adjustment screws.

Wow, I'm all misty. I followed the simple instructions that you gave me, and Diana is sending me an entire screw set at no charge. Thank you guys for advising me. I really did not want to try out the knife with a zen pin screw missing, especially since it is So sharp.
Enjoy.
P.S. and know that you did some good.

That's great. BM customer service really does right by us all. Don't forget to put a bit of blue Loctite on all screws!
