Impossible. They could've been stuck to the handles (lube, etc), but they had to be there.

You can fit washers by sanding down too thick ones to achieve a custom fit. I've done this to my carry 41 and 42 with very nice results.

This is useful when you get sick of hearing and seeing the blade hit the handles.

Of course some people appear to think that is "right", the blade to handle contact maring the blade and handles must be desireable to these people.

Knife-Kits has some washers, though pricey.

I m on honeymoon in Mexico right now (notice the lack of puncutation, [i.e. apostrophies] gotta love the keyboards here.
But when I get back I m gonna jump back on this thread.

There were no washers with the knife.
I thought I had the pins all the way in the handles. Guess I was wrong (it s my first time).
I thought I had the proper torx size to turn the screw. Turns out I was wrong and it was loose. I think (hope) if I find out the proper size, the screw will turn I can take the pin out and start over.

Does BM sell replacement pins screws for these pins?

Like I said, I m on honeymoon and having way to good a time to worry right now. I ll deal with this when back home. I can t wait to get that thing flipping. It looks so amazing. All that beautiful steel. It s nice that even thought the wedding and honeymoon are over I sill have one more surprise for mynew wife!

That won t make sense to some of you.
I ll just say this 42 I have is a wedding gift for my wife.

Back to the beach!

they would probably send you screws, but maybe not pins. Sending it in wouldn't take long though...and it would get fixed right. Well worth the investment considering what 4Xs are selling for these days.
